Judge blasts Trump IRS settlement, “immunity”
Jul 14th, 2026 at 8:42am

A Judge has annihilated Trump, Blanche and the whole corrupt IRS scheme and rendered it null and void, recommending penalties for those involved, including Blanche. Surely this makes him unworthy of confirmation as A-G now beyond a doubt?

Looks like Blanche is one step closer to being disbarred.

Judge: Trump sought to ‘manipulate the judicial process’ with his IRS lawsuit and attempted $1.8B fund

A federal judge on Monday said a controversial lawsuit brought by President Donald Trump against the IRS sought to “manipulate the judicial process” and that he acted in bad faith in bringing it.

US District Judge Kathleen Williams is ordering sanctions for the attorneys involved in the lawsuit, which led to an attempt to create the now-defunct $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” fund for allies of the president. It was also used to justify a Trump administration order giving the president and his businesses amnesty for any past tax issues.

The judge also referred one of the private attorneys who represented Trump in the case to the Florida Bar for potential disciplinary proceedings and blocked another lawyer who represented Trump from court appearances in the Southern District of Florida for the next year.

... the Judge also hinted that Blanche and Woodward specifically may have violated attorney ethics laws, while signing on to a deal that the judge believes to be unlawful.

Why don't any of these idiot lawyers ever learn?

If you do legal work for Trump - a convicted felon - you'll eventually find yourself being disbarred.

The lawyers know Trump will pardon them. Because of this, they have no fear of repercussions.

A presidential pardon can't override or automatically reverse a lawyer being disbarred.

Blanche will eventually be disbarred and there's absolutely nothing Trump can do about it   Smiley

If the Republicans on the Judiciary Committee still have at least one vertebrae left, they’ll vote against confirming Blanche as US Attorney General. It is a colossal conflict of interest for him to even be in the role now in an “acting” capacity!

Indeed, but they don't.

Blanche will probably get the job.

However, once the Trump regime is gone he'll eventually be disbarred just like many others have been before him.

Bondi will eventually be disbarred too.

If there was just one reason only that could be used to disqualify Todd Blanche from being confirmed as the US Attorney General, it ought to be his handling of the Epstein files, specifically the redaction of perpetrators while victims, who were supposed to be protected with confidentiality, had their names revealed publicly. That is a grave miscarriage of justice and should disqualify him. As an aside, he should’ve recused himself from anything to do with the Epstein files because he was at the time Trump’s personal attorney. That is an outrageous conflict of interest and clear professional misconduct.

A ruling that the prez manipulated the legal process and "acted in bad faith"?

Come come, Armchair, shurely they all do it, no?

Hillary, Hunter Biden, Crazy Nancy. They'd all happily sue the DOJ and get the IRS off their backs for life.

And think on it, that means never having to file a tax return ever again. Them, their kids, even their hot babe wifies.

Not to mention the $1.8 bil in DOJ funds. Think of all the acting attorney generals who would have agreed to that.

You can hardly imagine Merrick Garland stopping Sleepy Joe Biden pocketing a few bil, now can you? The man was deeply corrupt.

LAWFARE !!!

And how many of them would have started their own memecoin scams and raked in a couple of bil, all tax free?

I'm sorry, dear, they're all as bad as each other. Why shouldn't the big fella make a buck?

Why shouldn't his acting AG keep the IRS off his back?

Why shouldn't he manipulate the legal process and act in bad faith?

I'm sure they'd all give it a go if they could get away with it.

You?

Exactly. You see?

If the leftards are going to play tricks like that, why shouldn't Todd and the big fella pull a few of their own?

If you people ever get back in office, you're going to have your feet put to the flame, I can assure you. If Newscum and Butthole put one foot out of line, they should expect the kind of krap you're trying to pull on Todd and Pam.

SO UNFAIR !!!
