Finally, some justice. The big fella's already called for the maximum ten year sentence, as you do.
After all, Hearn did break and destroy certain property, that is, the lining material of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. He reached in, disturbed the algae at the bottom, and shook his head. Tsk tsk tsk, he said.
National Guard troops swooped in and held him at gunpoint until the police arrived.
Judge Jeanine's been forced to step in. She's now moonlighting as US Attorney for the District of Columbia, you see. Judge Jeanine went on Fox and declared a war on vandals.
When asked if she was charging Hearn with a felony because DL said, Judge Jeanine replied, “this is a case with tremendous evidence and the evidence dictates where we land.”
So that's that. Judge Jeanine will demand the maximum ten year sentence, and if an Obama-appointed judge rules against them, they'll appeal it all the way to SCOTUS.
Truth, justice and the American way, no?
Tremendous.
