I would not doubt that there are genuine rape victims. Technically, I am one of them. But there are a lot of rape victims who don't report because they will have to prove their case in court.
However, there are plenty of cases where the alleged rapist has had his case overturned, because the 'victim' later admitted that they lied because the sex was consensual. Yet, later on changed her mind.
You don't see this (false or genuine rape allegations) happen in non-Western societies, because women won't see the next week if they complained.
