Yeah - but it's carbon neutral.. that little revenue earner for the farm gate means the price has to go up.

Carbon neutral beef - you can believe it if you want... the new wheeze - Oh, yes - our store price for a steak might be a bit rich, but remember - it's not only carbon neutral, it's from wind generated cows, it's enhanced native habitats and pristine bushland, and it's Snowy Brumby proof as well and fully approved by the twisted horny toad rejuvenation program for the Murray Basin! So really - at $80+ it's a steal when you work out that 5% goes to Gaza as well..

I always found cheap steak was only good for curries when I simmered it for 90 minutes. Embarrassed

Yes - I just use those plastic take away food containers -
anything acid will do - red wine, lemon juice, cider vinegar,
and you can add: salt, pepper, garlic etc.
Pop it in the fridge for 2 to 8 hours and its ready.
