Ah I see, I just looked up lakes in France and I must say, they are beautiful.
I was thinking of the only lake I saw between Switzerland and Italy, Lake Como.

So I googled lakes in France, here’s one for starters.

Seeing where it’s located near the alps, is the hint from earlier photo with rocky snow capped mountains, I think you’re on the money with that  location.

Have to wait until Gordon comes in to let us know yay or nay.
