Something doesn't sound right.

From what I've managed to find, I'm guessing (and it's purely a guess) that he's in the care of mental health professionals.

The police said: "The man, ⁠who ​is not known to ​the victim, was assessed as not being fit for interview."

Moreover, he's reported to have a severe learning difficulty and was accompanied by two (?) carers at the time of the incident.

"This situation is typically called court-ordered mental health diversion or a grant of bail with psychiatric conditions. Instead of being sent to a jail cell, the defendant is bailed to reside at and receive treatment from an authorized mental health facility."

One would hope he's not out on the streets unsupervised.

I blame every one of our LAWMAKERS.

OUR LAWMAKERS.

In 'process'......they are a group of employees [who are the servants of the citizens of Australia],
who are charged [IN LAW......and each one of them, has taken an oath] to responsibly exercise and manage the affairs of the citizens of Australia......IN LAW.


But instead.....they [OUR LAWMAKERS] choose.....to allow a 'community of persons', to come into OUR Australian community,
persons [miscreants] who believe that.....
it doesn't matter in what way others may be harmed by their [the miscreants] actions.....
they [the miscreants] must always have a lawful right to harm and/or murder others.


AND......IT IS CLEAR, THAT OUR LAWMAKERS,
ARE IN AGREEMENT, WITH THE MISCREANTS.


And that circumstance 'stands' [IN LAW] even when such miscreants have previously demonstrated their want and intent, is to physically harm others around them.



OUR LAWMAKERS = = are the lunatics who are in charge of our asylum [i.e. Australia].

miscreant = = a person who behaves badly or unlawfully.

It isn't difficult.

It wouldn't be difficult to remedy.
