Yep, he sure does.

One of the biggest foreign policy blunders in many generations.

A rare occasion where I find myself agreeing with greggy...AAAARRRGGGGH! The world is ending!! Cheesy

This must go down as one of the greatest foreign policy disasters in US history. Trump led the Iranian people to believe he would remove the Islamist dictatorship and restore the Shah. Instead after three months of war he has achieved nothing except disruption of the world economy and handing a propaganda victory to the Iranian regime.  Roll Eyes

I have been away for a couple of months and stayed away from news and social media for that time. It was very refreshing. However on return a week ago I see nothing changes.

Trump failed to achieve a single military or political objective. What happened to regime change? Grade: F.

Maybe when the dems get control they can impeach Trump for bringing peace to the middle east.

Trump derangement syndrome
Fareed Zakaria defined the term as "hatred of President Trump so intense that it impairs people's judgment"

if negotiations continue in this direction it is looking that way. unequivocal iranian strategic victory, with the biggest loser being israel. trump is obviously sick of his 'partners' and may no longer be interested in ceding to their recommendations anymore. i think he is handling this de-escalatory phase (thus far) pretty well to be fair.

I know, right? He just praised the mullahs over at the G7, saying they've been great to work with, he'd like to keep working with them more.

The way he's going, I'd say he'll be more than willing to let them get a nuke. He said exactly the same thing about Kim Jong Un, do you recall?

MBS? Sure. He should have nukes too. Erdogan? Why not?

The more the merrier, no?

sounds good to me. would prevent nonsense like this from potentially flaring again and threatening the integrity of global shipping and energy markets. i hope 'the mullahs' and the donald develop a positive working relationship going forward, which could produce a more even handed and multi-lateral american foreign policy direction for the middle east, though i'm not holding my breath. you got a problem with this now, do you?

Sure. The Trump Org can get into the nuke business. I guarantee you, the morons would support it.

You?

Iran's hardliners unhappy

Quote:
Iran's hardliners have erupted against the US-Iran MoU with death chants against chief negotiators Abbas Araghchi and M. Bagher Ghalibaf, but experts say the backlash is unlikely to derail a deal the ruling elite sees as essential to the regime's survival.

The public anger from some regime supporters has exposed real divisions within Iran’s political and media establishment. But those divisions appear to be less about whether to preserve the Islamic Republic than about how best to preserve it.

That is the assessment of several Iran experts who spoke to Iran International following the announcement of the US-Iran Memorandum of Understanding.

Hmm.

Trump signs deal to end Iran war with Strait to open & $300billion plan… but Tehran’s ‘finger is still on the trigger’

Quote:
The 14-point agreement also suggests that Iran is set to receive an “at least” $300billion (£223billion) reconstruction fund after months under the sword.

A clause says that the US and its regional partners will pledge the funds for the rehabilitation and “economic development” of Iran, according to Axios.

US officials have taken care to stress that the money will not come out of taxpayers’ pockets.

Iran’s mullahs will also have to reach certain benchmarks in order to release these funds.

Really? So - where is the money coming from?

Anyone? Oh, wait - Australia's second hand nuclear subs are going to cost us about 300 billion so perhaps Australia can just do a 'bank transfer' straight to Iran instead of the US? I'm sure Donald will like that.  Roll Eyes

And, what are these "certain benchmarks" and who determines what they are?

They are so unhapoy now that this is not going to happen.
