Why wasn't he in jail?

Surely this would have been enough to put him away before the murder?

Justice Brownhill said during his relationship with Ms Ashley, Jentian had previously been convicted of committing aggravated assault against her four times, and had also breached domestic violence orders against her on four occasions.

Before their five-year-long relationship, he was convicted five times for aggravated assault against other victims including his former partners.

They fashion themselves, purposefully,  to display the evil they are.

Evil people LOOK evil. Behave evil. Tinted evils should not be given a pass for being tinted. Being a darkie is no excuse.

I was wondering the same.  Typical ABC.  Can't publish anything derogatory about these apes.

But seriously, what female would ever willingly take up with this monster?  Although she might have had little say in that.

Terrible injuries... wait for the crying in the streets about another one of 'theirs' being locked up.... this 'cultural' thing of sucking up to them has to stop.

'Why wasn't he in jail?'

Because in 2026, in Australia, members of the WOKE/LEFTIST intelligentsia are.....the social clique who are authorised [in our present politic] to define what behaviour is 'evil'.

And it seems apparent, that their current judgement, is that in 99% of circumstances,
the [any] behaviour of a non-white man cannot be defined as being evil [or, worthy of being censured].

Because all non-white people must [a priori] be defined as being victims of 'cultural oppression'.
/sarc off

intelligentsia = = intellectuals or highly educated people, regarded as possessing culture and political influence.

a priori = =
1/ proceeding from a known or assumed cause to a necessarily related effect; deductive.
2/ derived by or designating the process of reasoning without reference to particular facts or experience.
3/ knowable without appeal to particular experience.

censure = = express severe disapproval of; formally reprove.

BUT.....
One day objective truth is going to be spoken.

But not [yet] in this day, and not [yet] in this nation.

One day too, the cruel will be judged.

But not [yet] on this day.

Because, on this day, it is the wicked [the 'unequal'] who hold rule.
.....and, it is they, who have their hands on the levers of our politic.

.

Ezekiel 18:24
But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live?
All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned:
in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned,
in them shall he die.
25  Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal.
Hear now, O house of Israel;
Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?

Ezekiel 18:29
Yet saith the house of Israel, The way of the Lord is not equal.
O house of Israel, are not my ways equal?
are not your ways unequal?
30  Therefore I will judge you,
O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD.
Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions;
so iniquity shall not be your ruin.
31  Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed;
and make you a new heart and a new spirit:
for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
32  For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.

WHAT WE ARE WITNESSING....IS GOD'S 'WAY'......

God.....allows evil men [and every one of us] to choose......'our way' in this life.

God is clever.

And men and dumb.

I am a man [or a woman].

And [everyday] i make my choices.

Q.
If i make a bargain [a covenant, of sorts],
and if it is a bad bargain [a bad covenant - for myself],
who is at fault [when all along....i was free to choose] ?

Romans 1:20
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen***, being understood by the things that are made,
even his eternal power and Godhead;
so that they are without excuse:
21  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful;
but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23  And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25  Who changed the truth of God into a lie,
and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator,
who is blessed for ever. Amen.

***
Each one of us.....has the wit, to know what a 'consequence'....entails.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
- Newton's Third Law of Motion

In this, our life......

We made a bargain.

And God [yes, Him] is going to hold us to the 'bargain' which we chose to make.

God is clever.

And men are dumb.

Redemption, is still available....

Repent......while there is still, a tomorrow,

.

Psalms 119:105
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Matthew 7:21
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;
but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?
and in thy name have cast out devils?
and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23  And then will I profess unto them,
       I never knew you:
depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Prison might have radicalised him ..... Mummy State would be unhappy about that...

You can't radicalise a life without prisoner to go back into the community and perpetrate monstrous acts.

Surely people can start using the proper spelling for "gaol". How Seppo are you trying to sound?

English language is continually evolving.  Otherwise we'd still be calling one another thee and thou.  Jail is now the preferred spelling and "gaol" is becoming obsolete.

Even though Grappler did not start the heading, the term "jail" was in the heading. And that is not a criticism again Grappler.

The subject heading said "jail". It is just a technicality that irritates me.

As for the "cold", I have a few drinks to buzz from the illness. Whether it helps in curing the common cold, it is not something I will write research papers claiming that it does cure a cold. But, I seem to be healthier after having had a few drinks during an illness. By the way, scotch is pretty good to drink in recovering from a stroke.

The thing about cops is they can be totally arbitrary - some even imagine they are at war with the general public and anyone is fair game.. while ever we have 'courts' that accept their word for everything when it is known many are liars or breakdown cases and thus can even be seeking their early retirement payout etc - ANYONE can be arrested etc.

The Tamworth gay - think it was - said he wasn't worried because he wouldn't do anything wrong - you don't HAVE to do wrong to be arrested - just in the wrong place etc... the ages old war on the people by authority since Convict Landing Day goes on and on in some places.

The story of my night encounter with a clearly off the rails cop - when I was a licenced security officer on his rounds delivering high security documents to banks, lawyers, Medicare etc.. is a case in point.  Lacking the guts to confront the crowd outside a disco that I backed away from for safety's sake - he chose to go after me and make stories up - once he had that in mind he was not going to be diverted by realities and facts, even the uniform I was clearly wearing. It cost him nothing........ cost me thousands.. but he was retired soon afterwards - full benefits. NOWADAYS with cameras - he wouldn't have gotten away with it, and I've said many times that bodycams are not to protect cops from false allegations - it's to prevent cops making false allegations.

Since their introduction and the introduction of cameras and speed cameras and such - I haven't had so much as a parking fine - but I grew up in an industrial city where the cops imagined themselves to be at war with the populace who were all criminals on sight, and anyone was fair game at any time on the streets.

By contrast, the old girl's oldest son imagines himself a scion of purity and moral virtue (his religion, you see - now he works for the NDIS and identifies as a woman to fit in etc - and you all know about the NDIS 'management' right now - no wonder Shortenski left.) - he had  a brain bleed at twenty and has been virtually home-bound ever since, hasn't held a driving licence etc, so never came into contact with evil cops.. got a taxi ride courtesy of Uncle Guv instead ... or run around by others......  you cannot get that kind to see reason and sense.

Anyway - that incident is one reason I demand a RC into courts etc.... and some 'laws' straightened out...

Police are police. When they want to be lenient, they can be very chill. But, if it is a public holiday, don't even try to drive slightly over the limit.

I wonder why The ABC didn't publish this picture of him?

Given the fact that the article did not publish a picture at all of him, I would assume that there was a reason not to post a picture.

Yes, I have been intoxicated again. Gotta clear up this cold quickly.

Then you actually go on to admit it wasn't  Grin

Dickhead.

Never heard that getting pissed was a cure for the common cold.

You could be onto something?  Grin

Something that scientists haven't been able to do for over 70 years.  Grin

You're in no position to be a spelling Nazi  Grin

Yeah getting pissed or shyte faced will take your mind off being crook ..... but it will still be there next morning & possibly a hangover.

As for Scotch being a treatment in stroke recovery you're kidding yourself.

Drinking alcohol, especially spirit alcohol hinders stroke recovery because it -

1. Worsens Neurological Symptoms.
2. Dangerous Medication Interactions
3. Increases Recurrence Risk
4. Stalls Rehabilitation Progress

Now you said you've had 2 strokes - any bloody wonder.
Probably why you were driving around getting lost ^ being confused......

then blaming Telstra for your stupidity.

Like I said to you it's "better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt". Roll Eyes

Surely people can start using the proper spelling for "gaol". How Seppo are you trying to sound?

Big points score there Rocky..... I know you're probably speaking from experience about gaol.  Grin

No. But I bet you have spent a few nights in gaol.

Not a one in my whole 70 years - not even the local watch house for a misdemeanor.

The police issue a warrant for your arrest. But, you have not spent a night in gaol? I doubt it. Dickhead.

When did that happen you silly twat?

I don't know what it is with you, but you have no idea what I have been through. The drinking became regular when the time off work was common and the covid payments had added another third to my income. But after a year of these once a week drinking sessions, I was reminded of something in my life that left me post traumatic stress disordered, that the drinking became a twice to three times a week thing for a while. So, you might as well get off my back about my drinking.

In fact, February 2024 was the last time I had a stroke. And that seemed to coincide with the time I had a prolonged break from drinking prior to the stroke. It took another couple of weeks of headaches before I just went to the bottle-o and bought a half dozen Johnnie Walker scotch and cola premixers. I was okay again in that week. The confusion for my time trying to come back from Gladstone was just because I was unfamiliar with the area. I did believe that the google maps giving me directions to get home would do the trick. But, had it not been for Telstra placing a bar on my phone, I probably would not have done the greatest detour since the days Magellan tried getting home.

Perhaps I could have made a free phone call to Testra customer service to get the phone service sorted. Obviously, being a Saturday afternoon, there were no Telstra stores open. So, the options were limited. Had I known about the issue, I probably would have waited until the next week after the phone service was reinstated. Of course I can blame Telstra. They fixed the problem straight away, given that I was up to date with my payments.

It was a while ago, you admitted that the police were notified that you had an arrest warrant. Let me guess: you were being sarcastic.

Couldn't put him in prison - that might have radicalised him and made him a career criminal or something.... and he was doing so well...

I have reached that age in life when I am in my mid-forties and my parents are in their seventies. You can be a bit on edge at that age.
