So, is it Deal or No Deal?  Roll Eyes

All I can see is stories with headlines like "Is a peace deal close?", "Never been closer" and others. Just like we've seen dozens of times over the past few months.

And, if there is a peace deal how long will it take for the usual suspects here to congratulate Trump and who will be first?

Leroy? Frank? Aquascoot? Bobby?

But, before you all come rushing in just remember - if Trump hadn't started his illegal war in the first place none of this would have happened.

This is the president of the United States of America we're talking about here, Carl, not some pathetic third world dictatorship. He's already said, it'll be done in two to three weeks tops.

That gives us 21 days. 19 from the date he made his promise. If he doesn't get it done by then, well. That's it.

I must say, it was so sad to see Bobby go. He gave DL three months. If DL hadn't finished his war by then, Bobby would no longer support DL ever again.

We clarified. You'll abandon all support hitherto and henceforth, is it?

Definitely, Bobby said. It's so tough on the kiddies, you see, it's terrible!

On 28 May, exactly three months after DL followed Bibi into his endless war with Iran, Bobby disappeared - poof!

No more thoughts, no free exchange of ideas, no reactions or responses. Bobby put his account on Autobot and left the board for good.

Now that's integrity. Bobby puts posters like Lee and Leroy to shame, no?

We're missing him already.

Might take a bit longer than two to three weeks if DL still wants Iran's uranium as part of the deal.

Exclusive: Iran sealed uranium cache and placed mines amid fears of US operation to seize material

Quote:
In recent weeks, Iran has dramatically escalated efforts to seal off its cache of near bomb-grade uranium, deliberately collapsing tunnels and booby-trapping entrances with explosive mines, according to five sources familiar with US intelligence.

Getting to the roughly half-a-ton of highly-enriched uranium is now far more difficult, dangerous and time-consuming than it already was just a month ago, when President Donald Trump was publicly signaling that he might order the US military to seize it, the sources said.

Stand by for more expletive ridden all day/night rantings from DL on "Truth" Social.  Grin

Iran are winning this war, so far most of their resources have wiped out thousands of the American bombs, most of their navy boats have taken out guided missiles and I believe all their fighter jets have taken out at least one missile.

Forget all that, they've jacked the global price of oil up higher than the 70s oil shocks.

And they're holding the gulf Arabs under siege. They're free to string this out for as long as they like. They have no incentive to negotiate with your DL, and from what we've seen, he can't even be negotiated with.

One minute he's threatening to END CIVILISATION TONIGHT, the next minute he's promising to liberate the Iranian people. He actively sabotages his own negotiators every time he posts on Truth Social. He's admitted he has no idea who they're supposed to be dealing with, and has no interest in finding out. He refuses all intelligence and security briefings. I'd hazard he hasn't read a government briefing over his entire second term. All his information comes from Fox.

Just think, Vlad could turn the US into a vassal state merely by buying Fox News. It must have been a real blow when Tucker was fired.

But forget Iran, Israel are the big threat. Every time there's a ceasefire or breakthrough, Israel launches a bombing mission in Lebanon, usually killing dozens of civilians. DL refuses to stand up to Bibi, who is purposely sabotaging a peace plan. I mean lookie lookie, this one's breaking:

Iran war live: US, Iran signal deal within reach; Israel bombs Lebanon.

And why bomb Lebanon if theyre at war with Iran?

Because they can. With no decent military hardware, the Lebanese are sitting ducks.

Forget the western alliance, democracy, the peaceful rules-based global order, this is the state your DL sides with, a country accused of genocide, its leader indicted by the ICC for war crimes.

Promises made, promises kept, no?

Because the mullahs are no longer in charge, dear boy, and the senior leadership of the IRG can get out anytime they like.

They have flats all over West Kensington. Many of their kids attend English boarding schools. It appears that all they want is the $600 mil in their frozen US bank accounts. Fair enough too.

Give them back their cash and they're free to split, leaving Iran in the capable hands of the rising middle class intelligencia, as Obama predicted when he signed off on the JCPOA.

If your DL thinks he can bomb the IRG into submission, he hasn't learned the lessons of Ukraine, Nam, the London Blitz or even Pearl Harbour.

Bombing brings people together. My own father was conceived in a bomb shelter in Birmingham. I'm sure your forebears had similar WWII experiences over in wonderful wonderful Copenhagen.

So, stop all this silly carpetbombing nonsense, give them back their cash and let the Iranians take back their country.

First, he'll have to stop Bibi. Easy-peasy. Cut Israeli military aid using his war powers. That's what they're for, not pretending he's at war with Canadian fentanyl traffickers.

Deal with Israel, and the whole of America would give him a collective cheer. Sure, he'd have to cop the Israel lobby declaring him an anti-Semite, but that's probably true anyway. Sure, he'd have to cop a serve from Miriam Adelson, who gave him over $40 mil and expects the favour returned.

But that's okay. DL renegs on every deal he makes. Fucking Miriam and Bibi over would be the boldest move he's done to date.

Step two, bite the bullet and sign a worse JCPOA than Obama. No nukes for six months rather than ten: that's the deal currently on the table.

Step three, remove sanctions on Iranian trade and help rebuild the Iranian economy. This will bolster the middle classes to chuck out the IRG. Under Obama, reforms were happening. The regime was looking outward. As soon as DL tore up the JCPOA, all bets were off. The regime became hardened and paranoid.

So, I ask you this, old boy: why are you on the gruesome Apocalyptic Ayatollahs' side?

We already pay enough in taxes to cover public hospital expenses. When it comes to more complicated surgeries, we have to either take out private health cover, or find the money to pay it out of our own expense.

Taxes. You know, that thing that Americans don't pay, because they are too scared that their society will be accused of communism? Taxes are quite high in Australia. Maybe if you guys could "pony the f

Heck, whilst you are at it, you could have halted the bombing of Iran and put the savings (not just of military and civilian lives, importantly) into funding your hospitals so that people do not go into debt trying to get healthy.

F'D TROOPS - Episode 8 "War and Peace and War and Peace"

Mr. Newberger's AI Funnies

Quote:
Episode 8: "War and Peace and War and Peace"

Peace may finally be breaking out in the Middle East.

Unfortunately, President Trump is focused on a much more important battle:

The war to keep his name on the Kennedy Center.

This week:

🥊 The debut of the F U C (Fighters Underwriting the Cult)

📜 The Constitution enters the octagon

🎖️ Generals defend America with a tarp

🇮🇷 Iranian clerics discover the magic of GoFundMe

😬 Marco Rubio tries desperately to discuss actual foreign policy

It's another trip into the world of F'D TROOPS, where diplomacy is optional, military strategy is confusing, and every crisis somehow becomes personal.

I don't know if you know world history, but Australia has come to the aid of the United States a lot more than the United States coming to our aid. In fact, I don't think there has been a time the United States has come to our aid.

Australia fought in WW1. The United States decided to show up at the end of the war to finish off a bunch of emaciated, devastated, and low on ammo Germans. Australia fought in WW2. The United States only entered the war about 2 years after it started. Again, fighting against a deteriorated enemy.

Then there is Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan. Seems that Australians did not lose many soldiers (as tragic as that is) to enemy forces 100 times larger than our own. But the United States forces lost many soldiers... because you guys don't know how to shoot or when.

I think I could keep my freedom and lower oil prices, if the United States were not such a authoritarian dictatorship sucking up to the military.
