The 2020 election was rigged. There is no way Biden won it fairly.

Following Trump’s election to a second term in November 2024, Smith requested that the criminal charges related to overturning the election be dropped and that Trump be removed as a codefendant in the classified documents case, which Smith had appealed to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In August 2025, during the first year of Trump’s second term, the Office of Special Counsel, an independent agency whose primary function is to protect federal whistleblowers, announced an investigation to determine whether Smith’s prosecutions of Trump amounted to a violation of the Hatch Act (1939), which generally prohibits politically partisan activities by federal employees.

Trump keeps on saying there's lots of evidence the election was rigged against him. So much evidence, he says. Multiple investigations by state A-G's, DOJ and FBI failed to find any evidence whatsoever of fraud or tampering or other irregularities. He's never been able to handle being a loser and always lashes out when that happens.

Face it, it's just another in a very long list of lies from Trump. If he had evidence of a rigged election, as President there is nothing to stop him from producing it. If it was classified, he could make it public with a stroke of his Sharpie. He hasn't produced any evidence because IT DOES NOT EXIST.
