So, are they claiming, that it was a PRIVATE conversation with others,
detailing how they intended to act/had acted ?

Doesn't that, potentially, make such a private conversation,
a criminal conspiracy......among a group, detailing among themselves,
'how to enact' or 'to plan', to carry out a violent crime ?

QUESTION;
What was their intent.....[in broadcasting] the words which they used, in the video ?

i.e.
Was it, to encourage others.......to [also] engage in such acts ?

The one thing they are superlative in is lying to save their skin.

They knew they were being interviewed by an Israeli jew podcaster on the internet ......

and they agreed to do it.

The bloke videoing is an Israeli influencer/content creator ..... why wouldn't he post the video with the threats these pair(in an Australian Hospital) of supposed nurses made toward Jewish Australians or patients who maybe from Israel?

Typically this woke judge Michael McHugh noted the Evidence Act states that evidence obtained improperly or in contravention of an Australian law is not to be admitted unless the "desirability" of doing so outweighed the "undesirability".

Well I would have thought that it was "desirable" to bring this to the public's attention and that any video evidence of any nurse who advocates for killing Jews would be admissible!

What was said cannot be unsaid regardless of the video.

And now it seems she will be wanting compensation for her alleged "severe hardship." Angry

So police recordings of telephone calls of terrorist planned actions is now inadmissible?

Looks like open season on anyone of the West these days .. been coming since the Opera House when the chants of death etc were not considered 'hate speech' or incitement to violence. If YOU went down to town hall square and preached killing Muslims, how would you go?

Two tier policing and judging... this has to stop NOW!

From what I've been reading from you of late I would have thought that you would be OK with this terrible decision by the NSW judiciary.

You should have sore balls from straddling both sides of the fence. Roll Eyes

This has set a precedent affecting all video evidence against anything - this incident, criminal activity, dash cam evidence.

For any perpetrator of whatever offence - it they have consented to be filmed then the video evidence is now inadmissable.

Honestly the whole judiciary, especially those appointed by Labor Govts warrants a good clean out.

there is no sanction against ISLAMIC law
