It seems to be turning into an American affair. From memory, you need to get rid of Egypt, Australia, and Morocco, just to clean up the riff-raff. Perhaps you would be happy to keep France around. And maybe there are a few others in Europe and Africa that you want to make up the numbers before the USA "goes all the way and wins the Cup".

The French are the first ones that need to go, followed by the British then the Norwegians. I don't mind the kangaroo rooters most of them are quiet and stick to their own business. The only problem with the kangaroo rooters is that none of them get high.
