In violent [and deadly] incidents like this [involving members of 'minority' communities],
it seems that there is
rarely any proper resolution [in a lawful consequence].
Because the incident [such as this one] is invariably ['officially'] seen as being racially motivated [against 'a local minority'].
And then....if any real light is shone on the actual events.....the official response ['in law'] is often a cover-up [concealing responsibility] apply 'band-aid' actions, after the fact.
Not so ?
e.g.
It has been alleged that after the attack by her son, Vickrum Digwa's mother,
concealed,
the actual murder weapon.
".....removing the murder weapon from the scene of the crime"
Complicit.
From WWW [today].....
1/ "Vickrum Digwa's mother, Kiran Kaur, was found guilty of assisting an offender by removing the weapon from the scene and will be sentenced on 17 July 2026...."
2/ "Meanwhile, Vickrum’s mother, Kiran Kaur, was previously found guilty of assisting her son during the killing by removing the murder weapon from the scene of the crime and stashing it in their family home. She is currently awaiting sentencing."
"....assisting an offender"
???
Q.When it became clear how Vickrum Digwa's mother was involved,
and how she acted,
why wasn't she charged with 'conspiring to pervert the course of justice' [or some other serious,
criminal charge] ?
.
Isaiah 59:3
.....
your hands are defiled with blood,
and your fingers with iniquity;
your lips have spoken lies,
your tongue hath muttered perverseness.
4 None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth:
they trust in vanity, and speak lies;
they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
