Or the feed on shortages of everything from motor oil through to plastic wrapping for foods.

Food shortages due to shortages of fertilisers.

Weaker, poorer world, decreasing Australia's export revenue.

And so on, because PirateUS is destroying everything, so to benefit from the destruction.

Come come. Medhurst is whacking a top-down plot onto a random sequence of historical events. The US government didn't topple the Assad regime. Hegseth isn't helping Ukraine take out Russian ships. Tulsi Gabbard's hardly going to share intel with Zalenski to knock out Russian oil and gas plants, can you imagine?

Gabbard's the most pro-Russian bot on the team, after DL. Vlad owns them both. Trump even removed sanctions on Russian oil - a fact that undermines Medhurst's entire case.

Medhurst throws in quick jabs that, if you're not fully paying attention, go over your head. He takes it as a given that the US took out the Nordstream pipeline in 2022, an act of sabotage that took place under Biden. Medhurst doesn't even propose this as a theory, just one of a quick sequence of "facts". If it were true, it would indicate a joint plan between two of the most conflicted administrations in US history. Many of the events in this doco took place under Biden, who saw more US oil exported than Trump's first term.

Chevron was in with a plan to get it's hands on Venezuela's oil? The oil execs all sat in DL's televised meeting in the Oval Office, shaking their heads. Not interested, they said. DL felt so awkward by their rebuff, he got out of his chair, went over to the French doors and went into a ten minute monologue on his ballroom. The execs blushed. DL's staff looked at their shoes.

That was the end of the meeting right there. If Medhurst thinks this is the kind of administration that can game the global order, he's got rocks in his head, but do you know?

Something tells me his plot has a source. So, who are the victims of such a cunning plan?

Look, he's good at concocting plots, but Medhurst is no John Pilger. It is inconceivable that Biden, Trump and the US oil industry could recruit disparate parties like Netanyahu, Zalensky and al Sharaa in Syria to join forces in their Great Game for US energy dominance and global control.

If we got anything out of DL's meeting with Xi this week, it's how out of his depth and powerless DL is when faced with competent leaders. He's currently being gamed by the mullahs, who have found their own way to control the global energy supply. The US is currently being outplayed by an economically-crippled theocracy. Worse, everybody knows. The mullahs are going to do him slowly too. By the time they're done with him, DL will be politically over.

There goes all his 4D moves to lift the Chevron share price and destroy BRICS. Actually, chess was invented by the Persians. Maoist guerilla warfare principle number one: the weak shall overcome the strong. The king on the chessboard moves like a pawn.

As an empire, the US is on the way down, not up. No, that's not a comforting thought, either - we need the US.

Medhurst might not be a Russian-funded stooge, but his doco has all the markers of propaganda.

If an ill-fated series of events reads like a cunning, well-planned plot, it's almost guaranteed to be a fluke. If it's a choice between a conspiracy and incompetence, the latter wins every time.

Let's face it, the current administration are incapable of carrying out such plans. China will be the dominant global player in our lifetimes, largely as a result.

Only until the mid terms. Then, it won't just be an IRS audit, it'll be a Congressional investigation. Congress have the power to subpoena his finances, and they will. It'll be the first task on the next Speaker's things-to-do list.
