As a murderer he will be unable to access protective custody and will be killed in jail by inmates.

This will then be reported as an aboriginal death in custody.

I believe the government of any type needs to take action.

No more rubber bullets. Use real ones.

Fence the entire area comprising Alice Springs off and only allow access in and out via military checkpoints.

Personally the exact same thing should occur with Melbourne.

Empower judges to, and require them [judges] to.....
sentence all convicted violent criminals in Australia to permanent terms in prison.

i.e.
Permanently remove all convicted violent criminals from our cities, suburbs and streets.


CONSEQUENCE.........
Would likely be an all round lower crime rate in Australia.
