Correct it is more about Trump telling the Attorney General to prosecute him.

Letitia James was indicted by a Grand Jury as was James Comey (first attempt). These Indictments were dismissed and further attempts to re indict were rejected by the grand Jury. (you know they would indict a tuna sandwich but not James or Comey).
