White House - please believe us!!!
Apr 23rd, 2026 at 10:08am

This is almost comical. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has taken to practically begging reporters to believe her and Trump instead of what the Iranians are saying. Is she seriously saying that Trump is more trustworthy? The guy is a habitual liar! It's not often that I would believe a regime like Iran, but I am finding it hard not to at the moment.

Lets look at how things are going thus far. Trump said he obliterated the Iranian nuclear program. Obliterated is a strong word - it basically means to destroy until nothing whatsoever is left. But the premise of this war, if you're to believe Trump, is that they are now suddenly an imminent danger because of their nuclear program. Don't forget that this claim goes against what the US intelligence community assessed and they said so publicly.

Then we had Trump saying the war is going beautifully, that the Iranian Navy was at the bottom of the sea. How can that be if they've managed to seize two tankers in the Strait of Hormuz? How can Iran be defeated if they're still able to shut down the Strait of Hormuz? Today we have Trump saying he extended the ceasefire because the Iranians asked for it. Not for the first time, the Iranians have said Trump is wrong. He also claimed they wanted to badly make a deal and that they had been talking to the US. The only problem was that Iran flat out denied this.

So when you have Trump, who finds lying as easy as breathing, making sh!t up on a daily basis and a regime that usually can't be trusted contradicting what Trump says with evidence that seems to back them up, I think it's fair to say that the Iranians are surprisingly more believable at the moment. No, I'm not saying they're right - just more believable.

The sheer incompetence of sending Kushner and Whitkoff to negotiate a war.

These two have derailed every government deal they've ever meddled in. Neither have experience. Kushner's not even on the White House pay roll. He can't even get a security clearance - in the last administration, he failed 24 applications, lying on every one.

They go into meetings, get the agenda over with in five minutes and get down to business, starting up the side hustles. They have no knowledge or interest in international relations. They have no attention span. Their only reason for rocking up is doing business deals for themselves.

Imagine sending them in to deal with KGB-trained operatives like Lavrov. Or cunning, Oxford-trained polyglots like the Saudis. Their very presence at high-level diplomatic negotiations shows exactly what DL's up to. He's not out for the US interest, he's getting a piece of Whitkoff and Kushner's profiteering.

This, perhaps, is the biggest unspoken secret of Trump 2.0. Forget the ties to Epstein, all history. When the Congressional investigations get going, the committees need to follow the money trail.

Once they subpoena Whitkoff and Kushner's bank statements, it'll start to become clear. Even then, of course, there will be shadows. In this administration, deals are done in memecoin. Congress will need to get their hands on the offshore accounts.

If they do, they'll find the most corrupt, self-serving administration in US history, all being carried out now, right under our eyes.

Yep. If anyone is to go, it should be Secretary of State Marco Rubio, maybe also the Vice President J.D. Vance. Rubio has been conspicuously absent from all talks, even though this is quite literally his job!

Marco's got the two biggest jobs in cabinet: Foreign Secretary and Acting National Security Advisor.

What he does have is teams of skilled negotiators and experts on Iran, but why would DL want that?

He's only interested in whatever piece Whitkoff and Kushner can extort out of the mullahs/Big Oil.

Marco's NSA job's easy. DL no longer takes briefings, but ultimately, the White House doesn't give a shit.

Any negotiations are posturing only. The entire administration is effectively out to lunch, rudderless from the top down. Even the Pentagon's gone its own way, with Dan Caine unable to communicate with DL.

It happens to everybody at some point. If you were Iran, you wouldn't want to deal with DL or his minions either.

Let's face it, this mess is going to be left to Chi-na to clean up.

We'd do best to pin our hopes on Chi-na too - for the next two years, anyway.

DL's running a clown show. The quicker he's put out of his misery, the better it will be for us all.

Strange. You said we need more immigration.

Oh? We said. Whatabout chockos?

Fine musicians, you said. Good hoofers too, they can dance up a storm. Happy feet.

Chows?

A harder working bunch we've never seen, you said. They work off the smell of an oily rag, talk about cheap.

Boongs?

Superb cattlemen. Good with a spear too. A pound of flour, an ounce of tobacco, a bottle of metho and they're yours for life.

In fact, you said, I really wish you wouldn't use such perjorative terms for such fine fellows, it's most rude.

So I'm curious. What made you changed your mind and dump on immigrant oppressed groups?

Was it something Frank said?
