And that is valid as an opinion, but, as you'd be aware of the definition of 'diagnosis' in the healthcare industry, I'm sure you would not elevate it to a diagnosis.

On that, his symptoms, it could be argued, indicate cognitive decline, on par with what Biden was suffering.
