'The Australian Defence Force (ADF) is bound by the 1949 Geneva Conventions and Additional Protocols, which dictate the humane treatment of Prisoners of War (POWs). Key obligations include providing food, medical care, and protection from violence'.
The law doesn't change because of activities by people.
Natural justice means a person is not punished for an offence by another person.

The gunman at the base is dissimilar to the unarmed captive in the field. Cops in Victoria are in the area of Freeman, 'totally divorced' you say. You're saying that murder is OK if people are angered by someone's treachery in another place. Or it's OK if it's racial payback, all boongs are the same.
