Why would the 25th amendment matter when the supreme court were happy to throw out the insurection clause of the 14th amendment, Happy to ignore the amuluments clause, Happy to allow Trump to threaten to suspend the constitution.

Trump removed section 9 and 10 from artical 1 of the constitution on the official web site with no aproval at all.

Banning birthright citizenship. Section 1 of the 14th amendment.

Disregard / ignoring rulings by the court - Section 111 of the constitution.

Attempt to remove "habeas corpus" protections - (Article I, Section 9, Clause 2)

Also the war powers act of 1973 was ignored by Trump.

It goes on and on and on - Trump is the greatest threat to the US constitution ever and it seems to not apply to him.

The supreme court has clearly ruled that Trump is above the law.
