cut 15B off clean energy
cut 3.5B off clean water
cut 1.5B off youth work training
cut 3.5B off labour department
cut 400M off senior employment
cut 800M off food assistance
eliminate national endowment for democracy
cut 5B from national institute for health
eliminate the low income home energy assistance program

but the billionaires get a tax cut
