Simply wrong again.  You never fail. It was Trump's father who was arrested and released, no charge, for "failure to move on as directed". In fact his father  "donated the plot of land where the Beach Haven Jewish Center was built in Brooklyn and contributed towards its construction. He affectionately referred to Rabbi Israel Wagner, who approached the elder Trump for help, as "My Rabbi."
