Tin of crushed tomatoes

Two sachets of tomato paste

Tin of Mexican beans

One spring onion

Slice of red onion

Salt & pepper

Dried chilli flakes

Teaspoon of mixed herbs

A splash of chilli sauce

I might try that out one of these days. I like the sour cream with it to add balance and opposing flavour. Which reminds me! I will do potatoes today with dollop of sour cream I recently bought!
