Chuck Norris at 60 is not Chuck Norris at 40 or Chuck Norris at 25. Unless someone is in prison for not paying off a debt, the prisoner is likely to be able to beat up a 60 y.o. Chuck Norris. Not that Carlos would be much of a pushover. Far from it. But, Norris would likely lose.

As I said it depends on the disciplines that one trained in, an elderly person who did multiple disciplines stands a better than even chance of disabling or killing an attacker, a well aimed punch to the testicular sack will bring the biggest and toughest to their knees, fingers in the eyes will finish the job; neither move requires strength, only ruthlessness.
