Most Exciting City: Melbourne
Mar 16th, 2026 at 4:05pm

Melbourne has been titled the Most Exciting City in the world.
😆🤪😳
C'mon!
We know these Polls and ratings are PAID FOR.
And what it really means is that Tourism Melbourne paid the most in millions 💰 💸💵 of its taxpayers money to get that 'advertisement'.

Come see Sudanese machete attacks as the latest sporting craze in a city that survives on just Sport.

I live Melbourne. I lived there for 7 years.
I live it more for its efficient Burley-Griffith Design, great public transport and the people in the traditional sense before it became diseased with Sydney aspects like a Casino, Rugby League and Housos.

But exciting? No.

I don't live in a city Pecca.
I live coastal regional with a seaview that people pay millions for in cities, but I don't.

Voted exciting city?
What’s so exciting about it?
Was that a typo?
I think it was the most exited city! People leaving in droves!

No one asked me for an opinion poll!

I honestly think Sydney is more exciting.
Melbourne and Brisbane are both boring.

Exactly Sophia. Your govt has spent millions of your money for this false promotion. The proof is exactly as you say it - people are exiting Melbourne.

It's like watching your Premier as Mayor of Amityville Island saying it's safe to go back into the water with Jaws still out there.
