But the woolies coffee has a hint of chocolate in the taste. Slightly bitter, dark chocolate. Can't decide whether I like it or not.

Ground coffee oxidizes and changes flavor fairly quickly.

2 weeks for ground, 2 months for roasted beans, 2 years for green beans.

I buy single origin green beans and roast, grind and mix them myself depending on what I feel like at the time.
