The Commission noted that excluding transwomen is justified even if it could negatively impact their wellbeing, which is a personal issue and not a social one. The AHRC argued that transwomen, as a group, choose to be significantly different, and are entitled to protection on an equal footing, which means that women, also being entitled to protection on an equal footing, do not have to accept them in groups, but may do so at the group's discretion."

They're on TV all the time - they have gay pride marches in the streets.

The irony is that homos who were oppressed are now oppressing. It resembles Israel after the Holocaust being a nationalist, racist, military invader.

But on the other hand, wotabout AHRC compelling groups to be inclusive? So the Vegan Society Expo and Festivals will be compelled to include Beef and Pork promotions? Green Energy Expo will have to include Coal and Oil? The Catholic Novitiate for celibacy must include a Mardi Gras?
