I accept the science that shows Climate change is occurring.

NO one disagrees with that. Climate has always changed. There are 1,000 year cycles, 350 year cycles and more. What has to be looked at is algebraically as to when they peak, dip, or merely blip. And of course for that you need a start point when all are zero.

Blaming it all on CO2 is no longer the paradigm. If CO2 increases warming, then the question is by how much. Most of any warming potential is in the first 100 ppm. In fact, it has long been proven that water vapour is the dominant. so called, Greenhouse Gas. It overlaps multiple CO2 spikes in spectrography.

I am completely convinced that as a tiny nation that survives on exporting fossil fuels  to countries of hundreds of millions while not using the same resources ourselves is simply hypocrisy at its finest.

I agree. We need to develop our reserves.

What I find most confusing is the fossil fuels  that we aren’t allowed use in Australia are well organised by government and  there donors and happily sold overseas?

I just don’t understand the argument?

Is there something magical about putting coal or gas on a boat and transporting it overseas that makes it suddenly environmentally friendly?

Why don’t we simply load coal and gas onto ships and transport it to the nearest city in Australia and just like sending it overseas it’s suddenly environmentally friendly?

Does Australia have a different atmosphere to Japan?

It seems so hypocritical and defeats the purpose  by denying Australians cheap access to electricity but there so proud to be trying to achieve  protect the environment but it’s totally ok to sell it overseas?

Do overseas countries have a different environment to ours?

Does the government suffer differently depending on boarders drawn on maps?

After weeks of poor press regarding Albo ( and Scomo) poor management of fuel reserves and desperate for a major distraction.
Federal Police arrest Ben ( war criminal) Smith.
What Amazing timing?
