Yes, it's a war crime.

Any military strike the US terrorists make in Iran is a war crime - it's an illegal invasion.

And if the pilots refused to commit the war crimes I'm guessing they'd meet the same fate as Eric and Don Jr's mother.

It wasn't counted as crime when NATO did it in Yugoslavia in 1999 because NATO won.
