I suspect Frank may be feeling a bit overwhelmed and lonely at the moment because he seems to be the only Trump supporter still posting here (tallowood doesn't really count).

Still plodding along trying the defend the indefensible. That's the spirit.

Perhaps if he reads a few more Babylon Bee articles it may help to cheer him up a bit?

I don't think a BB article's going to fly, Carl. There's no way you can not-satire your way out of this.

Tallow's easy. He just has to do what Vlad says. The old boy's got it far tougher - his DL shifts throughout the day.

Always absolutely never ever, eh?

Given the problems in the area, it could have been shot down.

Nothing to see here, Tallow. Our planes go down all the time.

Mind you, if India gets pulled into this, it'll be a gay old time, no?

DEEP STATE !!!

Apparently the plane was overloaded with bananas and piloted by macaques.

BANANA STATE !!!

No, that's deepest darkest, dear. The Pakis are a bit like the Curries, only more cunning.

Your macaques are more like Kenyans - they forge their birth certificates and get about in tan suits. They're barely a step up the evolutionary scale from witch doctors.

You wouldn't want them as your prez, but if you ever have a pandemic, they're the ones to call.

Oops... closed again.  Embarrassed

Iran to close Strait of Hormuz as it vows mass retaliation against US attacks

Iran is set to close the Strait of Hormuz again in response to the latest US strikes with Tehran vowing to attack two targets for every one target the US hits, according to a new report.

I can't keep up with all of this.

Oh, look - it's nearly lunchtime (in Perth). I'll have something to eat and perhaps have a good lie down afterwards.

This soap opera is giving me a headache. I'd rather be locked in a room all day watching endless repeats of something like Days of Our Lives or The Bold and the BeautifulShocked

Pakistan's former Prime Minister Imran Khan famously described the state of the country as a "Banana Republic".

Must be fake news.

"There's an MOU."

"We've made a deal."

"There's a ceasefire."

"There's no war."

"The war is over (x43)."

"Iran's military capability has been completely and totally obliterated."

"It's a little excursion, not a war."

"There's a complete regime change."

"We have control of the Strait".

Did I miss any?

Trump's promised strikes on Iran are indeed more extensive than yesterday's.

Explosions are already known in at least Chabahar, Bushehr (the nuclear power plant was initially reported to be undamaged), Tabriz (Iran denies this), Bandar Kangan, Bandar Abbas, Jask, Sirik, and Konarek. Power facilities were also affected, as power outages occurred in some cities.

Um, I think you're mistaken.

That's obviously fake news.
