You're prepared to give Donnie the benefit of the doubt, Bobby. If he hasn't fixed this up in another month, six weeks tops, that's it, you're done.

How do we know?

You said.

I said it would be a war crime.   Roll Eyes

Please explain?

Bombing civilian infrastructure into the stone age
could kill millions of civilians:

power stations for electricity,
desalination plants for water.

Sounds like you just pulled that off Gemini, Bobby.

Are you cutting short Donnie's benefit of the doubt?

Would you prefer - two weeks?

No no, I think you'll find the US War Crimes Act applies to Americans.

Sad didn't mention any country. He was talking generalities. Wink

Your DL doesn't care about civilians.

He doesn't care about anyone.

Trump and Hegseth are sick sociopaths - they masturbate to videos of school girls being slaughtered by US Tomahawk missiles.

You?

Bobby knows all that, Greggery. He's given DL some wriggle room to turn this one around.

You know, some cunning 4D chess moves, the art of the deal, all that.

If the big fella doesn't fix this mess up, Bobby said he'll abandon all support from henceforth and hitherto.

I see. So what do you think should be the consequences for an American citizen committing a war crime?

The War Crimes Act of 1996 (18 U.S.C. § 2441) carries penalties up to life imprisonment or death.

It criminalizes grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions and other serious violations of the laws of war, enabling prosecution of U.S. nationals or armed forces members, and, as of 2023, anyone present in the U.S.

Do you think it should be repealed?

So which exact violations of the Geneva Convention occurred? Should a country actively foster terrorism and remain safe from the rest of the world?

Quote:
Targeting critical civilian infrastructure, which includes water plants and potentially power plants that have also been the subject of Trump threats, could be considered a war crime. The Geneva Conventions and its protocols define objects indispensable to the survival of a civilian population as illegal military targets, and clearly cites “drinking water installations and supplies and irrigation work” as falling into that category.

Your DL is the first US prez to have ever threatened to deliberately violate the Geneva Convention.

His friend Bibi is the first Israeli PM to be indicted for doing so. He is also the first indicted war criminal to have ever visited the White House.

So much winning, no?

What IS wrong with destroying a theocratic regime that brutally oppresses its own people and exports terror across the world, including Australia?

It was a crime the minute he invaded without Congressional approval, dear.

Would you like to see him get away with this?

Why, with UN approval, nothing at all!

Instead, he's empowered a regime that brutally oppresses its own people. If you listen to DL, he never had regime change in mind to begin with.

You?

Nobody has claimed that that is what they were doing and their is a process required to do that which involves the UN and was not followed. Conspiring with another nation to bomb a country without any cause or threat is not ligitimate in any manner. Your comment is nothing but a rather poor and inacurate excuse to defend an illegal invasion.

Did Hamas have UN approval to attack Israel at Iran's request.

Maybe you think that Hamas is not controlled by Iran, maybe you think Hezbolla act on their own when they bomb Israel.

So what have the UN done to these war criminals Hamas, Hezbolla and Iran, have they charged them, have they formed a united force to protect Israel, have they taken any steps to prevent them from attacking Israel.

Yeah you tell us how good the UN is. The UN is just a bunch of diplomats gorging themselves in the trough with no regard for the people. Name one thing that the UN have done to prevent any terrorism going on in the world.

He hasn't as yet invaded. Roll Eyes

But perhaps you can find a link that says he has indeed invaded.

The USA has plenty of examples of undeclared war. Many from the Democrats.
