Drugs are bad but in moderation…..?

Tried  pot, coke ,ecstacy, and certainly narcotics ( not heroin) but pethidine for dislocated shoulder is narcotics.
Tried ketamine. Had the green whistle.

None of these are a problem as long as you are the one in control.

They are really a cheat code or short cut to an emotional state.

Great sex or a runners high is like a narcotic
Loving your task like fishing or surfing is like coke.
Rock climbing is  ecstacy like , as is a great party.

You can get the effect in the right way and a little bit of scamming is ok.


Same as a bit of porn is ok but you mainly want intimate sex.
A bit of chocolate ice cream is ok but you get sick if you live on it.
A glass of champagne at a wedding is fine, but you are screwed if you need to be pissed to cover your social anxiety.
A bit of pot will be very useful if I ever get cancer.
A bit of  tiktok is ok but you get stupid if all you do is doom scroll.

In general, play around with drugs but always make it a rule you want the majority of your joy from natural, self induced highs
