This poses a problem because the Iran issue will remain, especially for the GCC states. They obviously want the war to end, but they also want a permanent solution to the instability of Iran.

How long before North Korea starts firing missiles over these defenceless sitting ducks.

Meanwhile TACO tells India to buy oil off embargoed Russia, so funding Russia's invasion of Ukraine, then Moldova.

Was the NATO intervention in Kosovo also illegal?

Yes.

The UN Charter prohibits the use of force against a sovereign state except in self-defense (Article 51) or under a UNSC decision (Chapter VII).

NATO did not receive UNSC approval, and both Russia and China had veto power, blocking any resolution authorising military action.

The intervention was not framed as self-defence, nor was it a response to an act of aggression by Yugoslavia.
