YouTube February 17, 2026 outage

Greater than 30,000 U.S.-based Youtube users experienced issues with the platform, with complaints peaking around 5:45 PM PST

The U.S. West Coast was most impacted, according to Down Detector

The YouTube Help page issued a statement stating the outage issue had been fixed around 7:30 pm PST

By 7:45 PM PST, U.S. users reporting issues with YouTube to Down Detector dropped below 5,000

My sons partner sent this Youtube video to my wifes FB......

I knew straight away it was fake.

Contestants don't get this long to intro themselves

Everyone in the audience is picture perfect

so are the judges

The blokes guitar plucking strokes don't fit the sounds

and his lip movement is not in sync either.

The voice & music is just to studio sounding.

Angry

I appreciate good musical talent but I hate this fake shyte.

I’m currently in Tin Can Bay which is pretty regional but every time I visit getting bigger.

You tube is working fine here and my internet connection has never been better.

I’m staying very near the massive new ADF base.

I have learned no matter where you find yourself on this earth if you need the internet.
