There you go Sprinty.
You can start a new craze. Australian style TEA-CHI.
Body movements while holding a cup of tea and not spilling it.
Highly spiritual and to the music of Johnny Farnham.
Cheesy

Tai Chi is wonderful exercise, especially for older people. It gives a good workou without punishing you and works on core strength and resilience.

Then there is the wonderful benefits to mental health to recommend it.

Tai Chi and Yoga ... my faves.

Sprint and Sofia, you could ring your councils to find out if there are any groups meeting in your area. Usually it doesn't cost much (if anything) and you'll have the support of a group ... if that takes your fancy.

If you can't be a good example, you have to be a horrible warning.
