I'm getting interested in Tai Chi.

Anyone know much about it?

My first encounter with tai chi was about 30 years ago when my friend and I were walking on the beach down at Phillip Island, our kids were running off and playing in the water, when my friend showed me her graceful moves, right there on the sand near the beach. It was beautiful to watch. That’s when I fell in love with tai chi:
I’ve since had attempts at trying to stick with it. And the other day I found my old vhs and dvd tai chi tapes. My daughter keeps nagging me to stick with it.

I found it helps with balance and uses your core for strength.
Sometimes I follow the dvd and sometimes I make up my own  Grin

I’ve decided this year to join a group, glad you reminded me as time is slipping by again and I keep putting it off.

If you put the federal government in charge of the Sahara Desert, in 5 years there'd be a shortage of sand.

Very different seated tai chi, that’s actually quite good!
And how an annoying a chatterbox while trying to be at peace whilst doing tai chi!

It's what early Gunja users did in China when they thought the were going somewhere.

Take Buddha. He just bummed out under a tree after walking away from family, friends and a North Shore Mansion. Illumination was his way of describing free Dole payments.
