Hard to say, dear. Do you mean when Sleepy Joe or your DL's in the White House?

You'll need to be specific.

That the Supreme Court has ruled that is very specific. Unless you have another source. Roll Eyes

Mr Trump may not know much about science, leftards, but he knows what he likes, yes?

Clean coal, ...

This is just hilarious.

Donald Trump was crowned the “undisputed champion of beautiful clean coal” during a White House ceremony on Wednesday, during which the president received a trophy after ordering the US defense department to purchase billions of dollars’ worth of power from coal plants.

The award was reportedly granted by the Washington Coal Club, an advocacy group with financial ties to the coal industry.

James Grech, CEO of Peabody Energy, the largest coal company in the US, presented Trump with the bronze trophy that depicts a coalminer donning headlamp and pick.

The Coal Club, is it?

I wonder if Lee's in that.

His legacy will be mass death, not just from COVID, not just from the children he abused, but now large numbers of Americans and even others from around the world.

It'll take many decades to repair the damage he's done to the US and the rest of the world.

I still stand by my statement: he's one of the biggest monsters of the 21st century.

Just so, but he's making the US untenable to trade with. With regulations removed, the corporations are now left to their own devices to reduce their carbon footprint. This will add more red tape and could be a deal-breaker in some instances.

Grin Cheesy Cheesy

Removing red tape adds more red tape.

That is SOOO you, paki.

Lefties have been conditioned to believe the more red tape you have means less red tape.

Our learned board's owner once studied economics, dear. You should listen to he.

By reducing red tape, the US will be regulated out of markets with red tape, are you with me?

This rules out high emitting exports to the EU, Canada, Japan, UK and even Chi-na, all of which have emissions standards for vehicles, electrical and other manufactured products.

It's a clear case of your DL shooting America in the foot, but he's hardly likely to care.

At the current rate of $4 bil a year, he'll leave the White House with a cool $16,000,000,000 in personal profit. He doesn't care about global warming, the environment or the economy. Each new headline is a way to erase the last, with no plan or purpose, other than to personally cash in.

A number of US industries are screaming for more red tape, the crypto markets just one. Regulations create a level playing field and reduce corporate risk. CEOs want a nice world too, after all.

Nobody wants to be forced into a race to the bottom, competing with the bargain basement shitbox factories. That's traditionally a place reserved for manufacturers in the developing world.

American Auto manufacturers are happy to have emissions standards if they apply to the competition, everybody nice and equal. Now, it looks like they'll be forced to create two distinct classes of product, one for the domestic market, another for the rest of the civilised world.

Mother learned her lesson when she pulled out of Europe. Today, she has to meet all those European standards if she wants to sell her goods there. Worse, she has to complete all their forms to prove it. British farmers and manufacturers are ruing the day the retards voted for Brexit. Now they miss being in a common market with equal standards for all. Who wouldn't?

The EU is a bigger market than the US. Everybody wants into Europe, and increasingly, that's one of two markets countries are looking to trade with: Europe and Chi-na. The UK, Canada and Australia are all doing just that.

Thanks to your DL, the US is totally on the nose. Trade down, investment down, tourism down. His tariffs have placed serious sovereign risk on US trade and investment. Why would you bother? Wait three years, and this will all be over.

You should listen to Freediver, Leroy. He believes in Freeeeedom.

You?

And the EU is reducing their standards. It is called policy on the run. Cool

BTW - Globally we have climate change emissions targets  since 2015. We haven't regulated climate yet. And some of the proposals, well most actually, have no chance of success. Wink
