My prediction is a manufactured financial crisis. A so called cyber attack on the banks followed by bank Consolidation and  a block chain currency , enriching the tech bros and the banks

Seems Buddy-boy Bill needed his cabinet balls-deep in scandals-in-waiting in case any of them departed and thought they might write a book or talk to a journo.
