She was shipped to the US by a human trafficker to Jeffrey Epstein.
Once Epstein had finished with her he sold her to Trump who promised to get her, and her parents, a green card if she agreed to marry him.
It was a simple transaction: he got a pretend wife to parade around and she got to stay in America.
