How could this have been done to affect the election when it was done secretly and not known by anyone till months after the election. At the same time the 4th re investigation into Clintons email was launched in maximum reported transparency definitivly impacting the election as intended.

Gabbards claims make no sence at all when the fact is that the investigation was covered up at the time. Even Trumps own investigator had to admit that the investigation was well predicated based on the evidence.
