We don't live in a The Boys universe where vibes, branding and social credit scores substitute for reality.
Most world leaders, even deeply flawed ones, can point to a record, concrete outcomes, policies enacted, institutions strengthened, or at least a coherent legacy they can defend. Trump doesn't really have that. Yes, Project Warp Speed mattered and he deserves credit for it, but whatever political capital that earned has been thoroughly incinerated by the conduct of his second term.
His economic record hasn't improved either, he's running the US the same way he ran his businesses, and the trajectory looks depressingly familiar, recessionary pressure followed by another entry on the bankruptcy ledger.
Lacking a defensible legacy, he defaults to what he's always relied on, propaganda.
That's where the Melania film fits.
The clear takeaway it wants the audience to absorb is that she's a dutiful, devoted wife who admires and adores her husband. But the construction is so obvious it barely holds together. It only works if you already want it to be true. For everyone else, it reads as assertion without evidence, image management without substance.
In fact, the evidence points in the opposite direction. His serial adultery, the crude hush-money cover-up involving Stormy Daniels, and his repeated appearances in the Epstein files all sketch a picture that flatly contradicts the sanitised myth being sold.
This isn't a story of mutual respect, devotion, or admiration, it's a record of transactional relationships, deception, and moral indifference, retrospectively laundered through propaganda because the raw facts are too ugly to defend on their own.
So yes, it's propaganda for MAGA, and it will never be anything more than that.
Normies will call it out. MAGA will respond with abuse and bad faith. The division will deepen. And Trump, along with the tight circle orbiting him, will continue to monetise the outrage and the mythmaking.
Same old story, just another coat of paint, and as usual, you willingly fell for it Scoot.
