Looks like he was a troublemaker and had an attitude problem.

I can't find any Minnesota legislation which recommends summary execution as the punishment for being a trouble maker with an attitude.

i.e. Six masked Gestapo agents holding you down whilst unarmed and shooting you in the back ten times = summary execution.

Thanks to the new video though, it shows us that this Gestapo execution was a premeditated murder.

It's not gonna go well for the two murderers or their masked accomplices.

There is a rumour that Pretti was on an ICE hit list or as its been called, kill list. Not being one for conspiracy theories I take that with a grain of salt.
But it would explain why he was pepper sprayed,beaten, and then shot in the back whilst 5 agents held him down on the ground.
Food for thought.

I think the new video footage proves that he was targeted.

This wasn't just a spur of the moment execution, it was quite clearly premeditated.
