People there take up a 'fight' to de-stabilise legitimate government moves to deport illegals and similar; their country is the homeland of the insane 'transgender' movement and many there have embraced it as 'normal' and adorable; many suffer from TDS and assume without reason that Trump is always wrong; mny believe in climate change; many there think Kamala Harris was robbed of the election, but apparently not Joe Biden who apparently was drugged while in office to appear senile; many there imagine some mysterious Jewish Lobby caused the war in Gaza; many there believe that despite crime statistics certain groups are victims; some there actually believe that the FBI comments on 'right wing terrorism' actually mean something apart from making the real terrorists think the FBI has no idea and isn't after them... the list goes on and on...

No one is saying that illegal immigrants shouldn’t be deported. It’s the way in which this administration is going about doing it and where. Trump is deliberately targeting Democrat states and cities while ignoring Republican states and cities. Just look at my other thread about this where 11 out of 15 states with the highest murder rates are Republican, yet none have seen National Guard or US Marine deployments. It’s purely political retribution because they don’t vote Trump, plain and simple.

He is not ignoring Republican states at all. The difference is in local police and political support. Democrat states and police do not operate, play silly buggers 'sanctuary cities', do not keep protesters at bay, do not allow ice into prisons, do not hand over illegal aliens in police custody. Scuffles ensue, news generated.

Republicans work with ICE and so operations are carried out without all the obstructions, resistance, scuffles, silly buggers carry-on. Not newsworthy so you do not see it.

Obama's numbers, I forgot to mention, don't include those who "self-deported" and they also don't include those turned away at the border by CBP officers. So the number is actually higher than that published.
