If you get out of the car when instructed to do so by law enforcement you don't get shot. Better still. If yoh stay oug of ghe way altogether, you don't get shot.
If you don't go with a loaded gun to interfere with law enforcement and then don't resist and fight when six of them are trying to restrain you, you dont get shot either.
