You can also see in the footage, ICE agents were searching his dead body looking for the gun.

Like I said, Grey Jacket already took the gun from him before a shot was fired and walked away.

It's genuinely unhinged that, once again, we have clear, comprehensive video of events, and yet the official DHS and White House statements are outright fabrications. Even more disturbing is the number of people willing to be led like rats by a pied piper, defending those lies without the slightest resistance, actively choosing to disbelieve what they can plainly see with their own eyes.

What you can see from the videos is that Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a 37‑year‑old ICU nurse, was legally filming ICE when he stepped in to help a woman an agent shoved. He was pepper‑sprayed, pinned to the ground by multiple agents, and while face‑down with his hands visible, after his firearm had already been taken, two shots rang out, followed by what sounded like eight more as he lay motionless. Agents can be seen clapping immediately afterwards before searching his body for the gun that had already been removed.

The official story? DHS claims he "approached" agents armed with a 9 mm handgun, resisted disarmament, and was shot in self‑defence. Greg Bovino has bizarrely suggested Pretti was targeting federal agents to cause maximum damage.

This is exactly why recording ICE is critical, the lies are completely out of control.
