Both Renee Good and this latest victim, the shooters were trying to execute them, not de-escalate.

Good was shot in the head from the side of the car after the "perceived threat" had passed, and if you watch the videos, the latest victim was shot twice, then followed up with emptying the entire magazine into him.

The FBI agent who initially investigated the Renee Good shooting resigned after being ordered to change his focus from her being a victim to being an aggressor. Now we have another shooting by an ICE agent of someone who seemingly was shot only because he was carrying a sidearm - for which he had a concealed carry permit. ICE do not have the power to arrest or detain US citizens unless they are actively impeding their job. From the videos, it appears this was not the case. What it actually shows is a man being pinned to the ground by ICE agents who were beating him and it seems he drew his weapon in self defence, only to be shot by an ICE agent while on the ground.

Of course they should be worried, if you think that the second amendment gives you the right to put your hands on federal agents when they are trying to detain criminals there is a good chance if you are carrying a gun you will be shot. If he had of stayed within his rights and just filmed what was happening then he would be alive.

It's another clear case of cold-blooded murder, and it won't be the last.
