There were plenty of foxes in Lake Cargelligo area when I was there but they kept out of gun range.

There were plenty of foxes in Lake Cargelligo area when I was there but they kept out of gun range.

No fox can keep out of firearm range, I regularly kill them out to 400 metres and in perfect conditions have made one shot kills at 600.

Rifle, No1 Ruger, single shot, .220 Swift calibre, 10x variable scope, sandbag rest.
