Religious exemption in hate speech bill
Jan 20th, 2026 at 11:09pm

AnAl has a religious exemption in his hate speech bill which will protect muslims from quoting hate speech their texts.

If you need an exemption for religious texts with hate speech that is a clear admission from Labor these texts contain hate speech.

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.

Also the Bible has been used for Jewish Holy Land invasion and massacres of Philistines and Semitic states.

Kind of ironic that Labor responded to the Sydney shootings by enshrining in law the right of Muslims to promote the slaughter of Jews. But everyone else has to hold their tongue.

At Jericho in the book of Joshua:
'When the trumpets sounded, the army shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so everyone charged straight in, and they took the city.  They devoted the city to the Lord and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it—men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys.
Then they burned the whole city and everything in it, but they put the silver and gold and the articles of bronze and iron into the treasury of the Lord’s house.'

Yeah - but that was a long time ago now - and Israelis and Jewish people generally have adopted more peaceful and civilised ways.  You can't go on and on living in the past as EVERY kind of 'activist' doing the rounds does.  The people are fed up with it every bloody week, year after year.

It's time for them to all STFU - the PROBLEM with Islam is that their preachers will not permit any deviation from the written word - which wasn't even compiled by their illiterate prophet, but written decades after his death.  Would YOU buy a used holy book from a politician years after the event?  A policy?  A policy thrust? A complete change in your life and beliefs based on what some guy in the desert is supposed to have said decades ago?

That's what we have here with our Aborigines - we're  supposed to just accept every tall tale from a misty past of massacre and colonisation between groups as the only way to be - instead of (gasps) de-colonising them!*

*How I love to hoist progressives on their own petard....

But it's you who posts maps of the Holy Land to support Israel against the fake palestine.

And Jews refer to the Bible as their claim to the land. freediver says ' the right of Muslims to promote the slaughter of Jews. But everyone else has to hold their tongue.'  Not so, the claims by Jews and Muslims are equal 'beliefs based on what some guy in the desert is supposed to have said decades ago'.
(But the Jewish texts are about twice as old.)
'Yeah - but that was a long time ago now'.

Good explanation why there has not been a  massacre of Muslims in Australia.

You can use any holy book to justify anything if you twist the words. But invading the holy land is hardly consistent with what Jesus taught. Islam is different. Muhammad wrote many of the chapters to not just permit, but to encourage his followers to slaughter the infidel. And Jews in particular. The backwardness of the countries that have the highest Muslim population and the longest history of Islam is not some historical accident. It is the inevitable consequence of the doctrine of Islam.

And what freediver wrote on Jan 21st, 2026 at 9:36am:
. But invading the holy land is hardly consistent with what Jesus taught.

It happened and is the basis for Zion destroying Palestine/ Gaza/ south Lebanon-Syria. Zionists in Oz etc agree with it just as Muslims say the same type of hate speech.  The Fed law is not one-sided for Muslims.

The exemption is for teaching and discussion but not advocating violence.

Muhammad had absolutely nothing to do with the writing of the Koran, Freediver. He was illiterate.  Tsk, tsk, tsk...  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

John Adams
@adamseconomics
🚨 BREAKING 🚨

Australian Democracy has been SUSPENDED!
We are now living under a totalitarian regime.

The Australian Labor Party can now dictate:

- what we can say;
- if we can meet;
- if we can distribute political ideas in written form;
- who can form political parties;
- what these political parties are allowed to advocate for; and
- how we can defend ourselves.

Essentially all forms of political resistance are now illegal.

These powers are also arbitrary! The ALP has complete discretion to now prosecute their political enemies!

This is literally Australia’s DARKEST HOUR since 1942!

So what? Muslims follow the Quran, regardless of who wrote it.

Do you have a point Brian, or are you just dribbling incoherently? Are you trying to tell us that you are Islam's new Messiah, come to preach the removal off the spine rather than the head?

You don't enjoy being corrected do you, Freediver?  The Quran was created well after the death of Mohammad.  Some 100-150 years later in fact.  Tsk, tsk, tsk...  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
