It's all in the video.

He fired zero rounds. He never drew his gun. He never reached for it.

And even you have to concede this much, he was peaceful, because he fired exactly zero bullets.

Firstly, it didn't go off in the video, and even if it had, that would have been the fault of the untrained ICE agent who tried to remove it.

The footage clearly shows the gun had already been removed. The agent in grey is walking away with the gun, the weapon fully visible and not discharging, when another agent draws his weapon and shoots him in the back.

That is when the other agents unload into him, into his motionless body.

If Kyle Rittenhouse can cross state lines, collect a gun from a mate's house, walk into a protest zone openly armed, kill two people and wound another, and you defend his right to have a gun and defend himself, the positon you're taking on this makes no sense.

Pretti wasn't even at a protest. He was living his life when ICE agents turned up, and like most Minnesotans now, he pulled out his phone and started recording. Not only that, he tried to assist people in leave the area by waving through traffic.

He tried to help a woman up from the ground after an ICE agent shoved her down, and was pepper-sprayed simply for coming to her aid. Even while being sprayed again, he continued trying to get her to her feet and de-escalate the situation.

Instead, he was swarmed by multiple agents, beaten, pistol-whipped, and disarmed by one of them. He was then executed by another agent who shot him in the back, before the rest unloaded into him while he lay motionless.

It's all in the video.

He fired zero rounds. He never drew his gun. He never reached for it.

And even you have to concede this much, he was peaceful, because he fired exactly zero bullets.

All 100% correct.

Plus, there is zero evidence to suggest that the gun he was legally carrying was loaded.
