My view - expressed elsewhere - was that both fatal incidents were the result of a flawed approach to those seeking to make a point by scracely intervening btween ICE officers and illegals. 

The Ice men escalate every situation rather than de-escalate... and then over-react, which is a sign of poor training.

FCS - its not a war zone.

Now why any nurse would carry a 9mm pistol tucked into his rear waistband when confronting ICE men is beyond me.  YTF would he do that?  Was he going to draw it and open fire on them? Did he think that a hidden carry might be needed in order to defend himself?

TF kind of thinking is that - on all sides?

One more point - remember the Iranian Embassy again?  The terr shot on the stairs was NOT waving a firearm or grenade as movies show - he was in fact unarmed at that moment.  HOWEVER - the ROE upon entry were that every terr should be eliminated to prevent the probable setting off of a large bomb, which they had a week to set up - and they had already murdered hostages.

Better to be safe than to have your pieces scattered by some asshole.

So - my point is this - the Ice resister had a hidden gun ... who is to say he did not have a bomb or another gun?

This whole thing is way out of control and most involved should just STFU and stop firing it up.
